  • Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days depending on location
  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on courier service and location

4. Delivery Charges

  • FREE DELIVERY on all orders!
  • No minimum order value required
  • Free delivery is automatically applied to every order
  • No additional charges for remote or hard-to-reach locations

5. Tracking Information

  • Tracking details are sent via email and WhatsApp (if provided)
  • You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped

6. Delivery Process

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery at the address provided
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery
  • Delivery attempts are typically made during business hours (9 AM - 8 PM)
  • If delivery fails, the courier will make 2-3 additional attempts
  • After failed attempts, the order may be returned to us

7. Address Requirements

  • Please provide complete and accurate shipping address
  • Include landmark, building name, flat/house number, and pincode
  • Incorrect addresses may result in delivery delays or failed deliveries
  • Additional charges may apply for address corrections after order placement

9. Product Packaging

  • Perishable items are packed with ice packs or insulated packaging when necessary
  • Please inspect the package upon delivery and report any damage immediately (within 24 hours)

10. Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to us
  • Contact us within 24 hours if you want to reschedule delivery to a different address
  • If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be processed for the failed delivery
  • Refunds for failed deliveries will be processed within 7-14 business days
  • Please note: Due to food safety regulations, we cannot reship products that have been returned to us after failed delivery attempts
