  • Product Integrity: We cannot verify the integrity or freshness of returned products, which is essential for maintaining our quality standards
  • Regulatory Compliance: Food safety regulations prohibit the resale of returned perishable food items

3. No Exchange Policy

Exchanges are not accepted for the following reasons:

  • Similar to our return policy, we cannot accept exchanges due to food safety and hygiene concerns
  • Once products are delivered, we cannot verify their condition or ensure they meet our quality standards for exchange
  • This policy helps us maintain consistency and quality across all our products

4. Damaged or Defective Products

While we do not accept general returns or exchanges, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In the rare event that you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during transit (visible damage to packaging)
  • Defective or spoiled upon delivery
  • Different from what was ordered

Note: Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed according to our refund policy.

Refund processing:

Important: Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept physical returns of products. Refunds are processed based on verification of the issue without requiring product return.
