To make nutrient-rich leafy vegetables available to every region and promote their regular consumption, in line with Dietary Guidelines for Indians – National Institute of Nutrition (ICMR-NIN, 2011), which recommend consuming at least 100 g of leafy vegetables per day for good health.

Coming from a land with 50+ varieties of leafy vegetables, we grew up eating them daily — but regular cleaning, sorting, and their short shelf life made it tedious. Kids often resisted their taste.
To solve this, we transformed greens into delicious chutneys, sauces, and purees, making them easy to use, tasty, and nutritious. This gave birth to Shriju — a blend of tradition, nutrition, and convenience.
